However, every once in a while a cage will have damage of defect issues that must be dealt with. Avian Adventures does handle these issues, and has made the process as simple as possible for the customers. Follow the below instructions to report damage or defects on your Avian Adventures product: Simply go to the follow page and complete their defect/damage claim form.
After the above form has been submitted, you are done. A rep from Avian Adventures should contact you within 2 business days to help resolve the issue(s). Avian Adventures is very professional and will do everything possible to quickly resolved your issue(s).
